Foxwithstocks is a project that combines Dub, Ambient, Trip-Hop and DNB music.
His First tracks were made from 2010 to 2017 and are influenced by musicians such as Dbrige, Commix, Massive Attack, Boards of Canada, Dj Krush, Dj Shadow, Little Dragon, and most importantly Sade.
Behind the project is Tomáš Čech from Stará Huť (Czech Republic). In 1997, the same place hosted a big rave festival called CzechTek which sparked Tomas‘ interest in electronic music. His first experience as a musician began during elementary school when he was playing drums in a punk/rock band. In 2001, he bought his first turntable and started to play as DJ Enzo. Then he started a new project called „Fox“ that focused on drum’n‘bass and breakbeat music. He also started his own music production in DAW Music Maker, FL Studio, Ableton, and Logic. In 2010 he took part in a mixing course by Boris Carloff supported by the Music City company and he began to build a studio called „Wonderful Life“, where he now focuses on mixing and mastering for bands of different styles and genres.
